Minutes Executive Committee Meeting,
Cork, Ireland, 14 May 2005

These Minutes have been approved by the EBLIDA President.

 

Participants: Toby Bainton, Sue Brown (Vice President), Berndt Fredriksson (Substitute Karin Aström Iko), María Pía González Pereira, Gerald Leitner, Karin Linder, Helena Patrício, Bas Savenije, Carla Sotgiu, Disa Svenskberg, Jan Ewout van der Putten (President), Finn Vester.

1.    Opening and announcements

Jan Ewout van der Putten opened the meeting and welcomed the new Executive Committee members. 

María Pía González Pereira explained briefly the usual functioning of the EBLIDA Executive Committee meetings.

2.    Apologies for absence

Karin Aström Iko and Barbara Lison notified their impossibility to attend the meeting.

3.    Next meeting

After discussion it was agreed to hold the next Executive Committee meeting in Riga (Latvia) on 11 – 12 November 2005. 

María Pía González Pereira will contact Andris Vilks in order to arrange the organisation of a Seminar in connection with the executive meeting, in which neighbouring countries’ representatives are invited.

4.   Election of Vice President
